Abstract

The invention discloses a white light emitting diode which comprises a light transmitting substrate, at least one light emitting chip, a first fluorescent powder layer and a second fluorescent layer. The light transmitting substrate is provided with at least two electrodes. The light emitting chips are arranged on the light transmitting substrate and are electrically connected with the electrodes. The first fluorescent power layer is arranged on one sides, far away from the light transmitting substrate, of the light emitting chips and converts emergent light on the one sides of the light emitting chips into white light. The second fluorescent powder layer is arranged on the other sides, close to the light transmitting substrate, of the light emitting chips and converts emergent light on the other sides of the light emitting chips into white light. Therefore, white light can emerge at an angle of 360 DEG.
