The method comprises the following steps of: starting the pan-tilt camera, recognizing a target to be captured through an image processing module; performing motion track calculation on the target to be captured; adjusting direction of a pan-tilt and focal distance of the camera according to motion track calculation results; after adjusting direction of the pan-tilt to a target position and adjusting the focal distance of the camera to a target zoom coefficient, performing capture on the target, then recognizing the captured image; and uploading recognized image data to a background.
