The context data base, the explaining reasoning module and the service locating module are respectively connected with the context providing module, are connected with one another in sequence and are arranged in the context reasoning explaining machine layer. The upper service module is respectively connected with the explaining reasoning module and the service locating module and is arranged in a service application layer.
