Example Embodiment

[0027] Example 1

[0028] 0.1 g of graphene containing amino functional groups and 100 g of PET chips with a molecular weight of 20,000 were pulverized and added to an internal mixer, bantered at 290°C for 2 hours, and extruded to obtain the amino graphene modified PET material. Projection electron micrograph of PET material modified by amino graphene, such as figure 1 As shown, graphene and PET are linked by isomorphic chemical bonds to improve the compatibility of graphene in PET materials, so that graphene is uniformly dispersed in PET, and can be used in the preparation of new PET films, PET fibers or various PET products. .

Example Embodiment

[0029] Example 2

[0030] 0.1g of graphene containing methylamino functional groups and 10000g of PET chips with a molecular weight of 50,000 are crushed and then added to an internal mixer, bantered at 280°C for 72 hours, and extruded to obtain the amino graphene modified PET material. The projection electron microscope photos show that graphene and PET are linked by isomorphic chemical bonds to improve the compatibility of graphene in PET materials, so that graphene is uniformly dispersed in PET, and can be used to prepare new PET films, PET fibers or various PET Products and other fields.

[0031] Example 3

[0032] Add 100g of graphene containing ethylamino functional groups and 100g of PET chips with a molecular weight of 5000 into an internal mixer, banbury at 260°C for 10 hours, and extrude the chips to obtain an amino graphene modified PET material. The projection electron microscope photos show that graphene and PET are linked by isomorphic chemical bonds to improve the compatibility of graphene in PET materials, so that graphene is uniformly dispersed in PET, and can be used to prepare new PET films, PET fibers or various PET Products and other fields.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for an amino graphene modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the amino graphene and the PET material into a reactor; controlling the temperature to be 270 to 290 DEG C; reacting with stirring; and forming to obtain the amino graphene modified PET material. The surface of the graphene is provided with a specific functional group which is interacted with a PET molecular chain, for example, the graphene provided with the amino group which can generate hydrogen-bond interaction with polyester, so that the graphene can be dispersed in the PET material. Under the high-temperature banburying condition, the amino can be partially exchanged with the polyester bond to generate an amide group, so that the graphene is linked with the homogenous chemical bond of the PET, the compatibility of the graphene in the PET material is further improved, and the graphene modified PET material with the graphene dispersed in the PET material uniformly is prepared. The amino graphene modified PET material can be applied in the fields of preparation of novel PET films, PET fiber, various PET products and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of PET materials, in particular to a method for preparing an amino-graphene-modified PET material. The amino-graphene-modified PET material prepared by the method can be applied to the preparation of new PET films, PET fibers or various PET products and other fields. Background technique [0002] Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is a polymer compound, which is produced by polycondensation of terephthalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol (EG), and part of it PET is then finally produced by underwater pelletizing. [0003] The chemical structure of PET is as follows: [0004] [0005] Fiber-grade polyester chips are used to manufacture polyester staple fibers and polyester filaments, and are raw materials for polyester fiber enterprises to process fibers and related products. As the most produced variety in chemical fibers, polyester occupies nearly 80% of the market share in the chemical fiber industry. A...
