An upper part in the inner pressure adjustment device housing is provided with the steam-liquid separator; a middle part in the inner pressure adjustment device housing is provided with the magnetically-driven fan impeller; and a lower part in the inner pressure adjustment device housing is provided with the liquid phase re-distributor. The liquid phase loop is arranged between the liquid phase re-distributor and the steam-liquid separator.
