Abstract

The present invention provides a treatment method for a copper-molybdenum material before gold-plating. The method comprises the steps of: performing roughening treatment to the copper-molybdenum material after deoiling treatment in a chemical roughening solution; performing stripping treatment to the copper-molybdenum material after the roughening treatment in a chemical stripping liquid; after activation of the copper-molybdenum material after stripping treatment, performing a first nickel plating treatment; in the protective gas atmosphere, performing heat treatment to the first nickel-plated copper-molybdenum material at 900 ~ 980 DEG C; and performing a second nickel plating treatment to the copper-molybdenum material after the heat treatment. According to the present invention, excessive corrosion of copper-molybdenum material is prevented, which is conducive to improve the binding force in the subsequent nickel plating treatment, and ensures the nickel plating layer to deposit on a substrate; pollution is little; and the binding force of the nickel plating layer and the brazability are good.
