The establishment method of the LSP comprises the following steps: a head node of the LSP calculates information of a path through which an LSP to be established needs to pass according to management plane requests and network topology information; the head node of the LSP organizes a first signaling message which carries extended periodic line mark information to be sent to a downstream node in a hop-by-hop mode according to the obtained information of the path until a tail node of the LSP receives the first signaling message and allocates transmitting planes to be crossed successfully; after the tail node of the LSP receives the first signaling message and allocates the transmitting planes to be crossed successfully, a second signaling message is organized to be sent to an upstream node in a hop-by-hop mode until the head node of the LSP receives the second signaling message and allocates the transmitting planes to be crossed successfully. Simultaneously, the invention further discloses an establishment system of the LSP. By adopting the establishment system of the LSP, the periodic line heavy-route attribute is increased, the types of the LSP are enriched, and intelligent protection and recovery effects are achieved.
