The invention discloses a method and equipment for
processing and producing second-class
base oil by taking first-class
base oil regenerated by waste lubricating oil as a
raw material, and belongs to the technical field of regenerated lubricating oil. Atmospheric and
vacuum distillation is combined with NMP
solvent refining, and the waste lubricating oil is regenerated into qualified first-class
base oil to serve as an exclusive
raw material; preheating the
raw material to 60-80 DEG C under the protection of
nitrogen, and introducing the preheated raw material into an adsorption column at a flow rate of 0.5-2.0 BV / h, so that the raw material sequentially passes through a macroporous
silica gel layer (the particle size is 0.1-1.5 mm) and an active white clay layer (the
mass ratio of the macroporous
silica gel layer to the active white clay layer is 2: 1) with specific parameters, and deep synergistic adsorption refining is carried out; after the refined oil enters a
storage tank, vacuum is applied to suck
residual oil in the column into the tank, and second-class base oil is obtained after heat preservation
sedimentation and precise
filtration. Under the mild non-hydrogenation condition, high added value upgrading of the waste lubricating oil is achieved, and the method has the comprehensive advantages of being efficient in process, high in product yield, stable in quality and low in
energy consumption and cost.
