Abstract

The invention provides a method for quickly reporting position information of terminals in a digital cluster communication system. The method comprises the following steps of (1) enabling a base station to distribute a dynamic number to each terminal which is currently registered in the base station, and establishing a mapping table between the dynamic number of each terminal and the standard terminal address of the terminal; (2) enabling each terminal to form a single signaling frame corresponding to the self dynamic number, wherein the single signaling frame contains the position information of the terminal; (3) enabling the terminal to report the single signaling frame containing the position information of the terminal; and (4) according to the mapping table between the dynamic number of the terminal and the standard terminal address, enabling the base station to replace the reported dynamic number of the terminal with the standard terminal address, and send the standard terminal address and the corresponding position information of the terminal to a control center. Compared with the prior art, the position information is reported by a multiframe signal, and a single-frame signal is adopted to report the position information, so the working efficiency is obviously improved.
