Abstract

The invention discloses a regulating device for a polishing diameter of a polisher. The regulating device comprises a main wheel. A pair of driving wheels is symmetrically arranged on the main wheel, and a shaft of each driving wheel penetrates through the main wheel and then is connected with a driven wheel. A pair of tuning wheels installed through positioning regulation mechanisms is symmetrically arranged on the main wheel. A pair of tensioning wheels installed through tensioning mechanisms is symmetrically arranged on the main wheel, and each tensioning wheel is placed between the driving wheel and the tuning wheel which are placed on the same side. The driving wheel, the tensioning wheel and the tuning wheel which are on the same side are respectively provided with an abrasive belt for polishing, the polishing diameter is formed by the distance between two closest working faces which are placed between two abrasive belts. The positioning regulation mechanism is that a regulating long groove is transversely formed in the main wheel, and the tuning wheels are fixed in the regulating long groove through bolts, so that the tuning wheels are fixed on the main wheel. According to the regulating device, range of the polishing diameter can be adjusted conveniently and fast.
