Abstract

The invention provides a band gap reference voltage generating circuit. The gap reference voltage generating circuit comprises a first current generating circuit, a second current generating circuit and an output voltage generating circuit. The first current generating circuit produces first current with positive temperature coefficient. The second current generating circuit produces second current with positive temperature coefficient. The output voltage generating circuit produces third current equal to the first current, fourth current equal to the second current and converging current which is produced by adding the third current and the fourth current and is approximate to zero-temperature coefficient, and produces reference voltage according to converging current.
