Abstract

The invention provides a heat preservation production line which comprises a cutting device, a conveying device, a heat preservation device and an opening and closing device. The cutting device comprises a fixing frame, an upper cutter and a lower cutter which is intersected with the upper cutter. Heating devices are fixedly arranged on the upper cutter and the lower cutter. The surface of the upper cutter and the surface of the lower cutter are respectively coated with anti-sticking materials. The upper cutter and the lower cutter are movably connected with the fixing frame. An upper cutter driving device is fixed on the fixing frame and used for driving the upper cutter to move, and a lower cutter driving device is fixed on the fixing frame and used for driving the lower cutter to move. A buffering device is fixed on the fixing frame and used for reducing bevelment impact of the upper cutter and the lower cutter. The heat preservation production line has the advantages of being good in cutting effect, free from cutter sticking, free from band sticking, good in safety and simple in opening and closing mechanisms.
