Abstract

According to the method, DINCH (cyclohexane 1,2-dioctyl phthalate diisononyl ester) is used as a plasticizer of a raw material PVC (polyvinyl chloride). The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing materials: preparing PVC resin powder, DINCH, a stabilizing agent and a filling agent according to a formula; (2) adding the materials into a mixer; (3) mixing raw materials; (4) taking out the mixture for pelleting; (5) cutting pellets; and (6) pulling catheter: pulling the detaining needle long catheter with a fixed length. In the preparation process of the detaining needle long catheter, DINCH replaces the original phthalic acid type plasticizer, so that probable poisoning and damages to the human health caused by the plasticizer are greatly reduced.
