Power from a battery is input to core metal plate (2a), and power from an alternator is input to core metal plate (2b). The gap (3) has: a first linear section (31) that extends linearly from one side of the core metal layer (2); a second linear section (32) that extends linearly from another side of the core metal layer (2), is parallel to the imaginary extended line (P) of the first linear section (31), and does not line up on the same line as the first linear section (31); and a square-U-shaped section (33).
