The welding method comprises the following steps: (1) before welding, the surfaces of both welding wires and aluminium alloy instrument panel beam base metal are subject to degreasing, de-oiling and oxide film removal; (2) the aluminium alloy instrument panel beam base metal is fixed on a fixture; and (3) welding operation is achieved.
