Abstract

The core die comprises an upper core die and a lower core die, wherein holes are formed in the upper core die and the lower core die; the lower part of the upper core die is provided with a stepped boss or a concave groove; the upper part of the lower core die is correspondingly provided with a concave groove or a stepped boss; the concave groove or the stepped boss of the lower core die is sleeved on the stepped boss or the concave groove of the upper core die; and the joint part of the lower core die and the upper core die is communicated with the holes in the centers of the upper core die and the lower core die. In order to solve the bubble problem, the core die does not take general technical measures, but adopts a technical scheme for eliminating or reducing bubble-induced defective products by a splitting technical principle according to the core die structure, wherein a conventionally designed solid core die is decomposed into an exhaust core die combined by parts with cavities, so that gas can smoothly escape during production, and bad residues and defects are absent on the surface of rubber products in contact with the exhaust core die.
