A growth-promoting bacterial strain NJPRHSDAQ-1 is obtained through separation, and is inoculated into a microbial decomposition mixture of cured pig manure compost and rapeseed meal for solid fermentation so as to prepare the microorganism organic fertilizer, the fertilizer comprises more than 1*10<8>cfu/g of growth-promoting bacteria and 4-5% (above 90% of organonitrogen) of total nitrogen, the total nitrogen phosphorus and potassium nutrient is 6-10%, and the organic content is more than or equal to 45%.
