The front drafting device further comprises a transverse moving mechanism which enables the roller and the splitting mechanism to synchronously and transversely move in a reciprocating mode along the center axis direction of the roller and is composed of a transversely-moving motor, an eccentric wheel, angle iron, a right transverse moving shaft, a right supporting plate, a right support and a left support.
