Abstract

Disclosed are an optical switching module and a projection optical system thereof. The optical switching module comprises a base, a rotary seat, a color selective mirror assembly, a force application element and a movable piece. The base is provided with at least one fixing pillar. The rotary seat is connected to the base in a pivoted mode and is provided with a stopping part and a fixing part. The color selective mirror assembly is arranged on the base and is in linkage with the rotary seat. Two ends of the force application element are respectively connected with the fixing pillar of the base and the fixing part of the rotary seat. The movable piece is arranged on the base, the movable piece makes contact with the stopping part along a first moving direction, and so that the rotary seat rotates along a first rotation direction. The fixing part of the rotary seat is connected with the force application element, the force application element moves along a second moving direction, and the first moving direction is opposite to the second moving direction.
