The method comprises the following steps: starting address analyses protocol snooping (ARPSnooping) and dynamic host configuration protocol snooping (DHCPSnooping) by a provider edge device to respectively snoop ARP message and DHCP message, so as to obtain a source IP address, a source MAC address and input port information from the messages, and then correspondingly saving in a built ARPSnooping table or DHCPSooping table; and inquiring a destination IP address of an ARP request broadcasting passage from the ARPSnooping table or the DHCPSnooping table when the snooped ARP message is the ARP request broadcasting passage by the PE, and when the destination IP address is obtained through inquiry, feeding the MAC address corresponding to the destination IP address back to a sender of the ARP request broadcasting message.
