Abstract

The invention discloses an apparatus for a soil arch test under multiple test conditions. The apparatus comprises a test model case, a displacement plate control device and a movable base plate angle control device. The displacement plate control device adjusts a displacement plate drive screw to control the unloading level of soil. The movable base plate angle control device adjusts a movable base plate drive screw to control the positions of a pi-shaped plate and an L- shaped plate and can adjust the inclination angle of a movable base plate so as to change the initial stress state of a soil sample (wherein the direction of initial principal stress of the soil sample differs as the angle of the base plate changes.) The apparatus provided by the invention is convenient to dismount and assemble and can use displacement plates with different widths to realize soil arch tests with different unloading scales. The apparatus has a simple structure and good operation repeatability, can be used for research on soil arching internal stress and displacement distribution under a plurality of test conditions and provides accurate analysis data for theoretical and practical engineering research.
