The supporting leg comprises a vertically-arranged supporting leg body, a rough adjustment device, a fine adjustment device and a sleeve, wherein a hole is formed in the upper end of the supporting leg body; the rough adjustment device is mounted at the upper part of the supporting leg body; the fine adjustment device is mounted at the lower part of the supporting leg body; the rough adjustment device comprises a hook-shaped lock tongue, a lock sleeve and a handle; the lock tongue is welded at the upper end of the supporting leg body; the handle is welded at the lower end of the sleeve; a shaft is arranged at the end part of the handle; the shaft is in threaded connection with the hole; the lock sleeve is fixed between the handle and the shaft through screws; and the lock sleeve is matched with the lock tongue.
