Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of compressors, and provides an oblique-shaft type oilless compressor which comprises a cylinder, a piston, a connection rod, a shaft box, a driving shaft and a wobble plate. The driving shaft and an oblique shaft are used for driving the wobble plate so as to drive the connection rod and the piston to move in a reciprocating mode. A rotation limiting mechanism comprising a wobble plate pin, a swinging arm and shaft box pins is used for limiting the rotation angle of the wobble plate around the axis of the driving shaft. Since the wobble plate is sleeved on the oblique shaft in a rotating mode, lubrication oil or an oil bearing structure can be conveniently sealed between the wobble plate and the oblique shaft. All movement matching pairs of the rotation limiting mechanism can be connected through rotation structures, so that the oil bearing structure can be used, and the shaft box of the compressor does not need to store liquid lubrication oil, in other words, the oblique-shaft type oilless compressor eliminates the potential safety hazard that the lubrication oil splashes to the wall face of the cylinder so that oilless work-medium output of the compressor can be achieved in a reliable mode.
