Abstract

The invention provides a testing device for unblocking of a dehydrating breather of a transformer. The device comprises a first valve, a second valve, an air exhaust tube, a piston component, two groups of springs, two groups of steel balls, a first tap bolt and a second tap bolt. Mounting connection holes, breathing vents, an inflation outlet and an air exhaust tube mounting hole are formed in the first valve; and a first bolt hole, a first spring steel ball mounting hole, a first air guide hole, a second spring mounting hole, a second bolt hole, an air outlet and a second air guide hole are formed in the second valve. An air exhaust tube is fixed in the first valve; a piston of the piston component is sleeved movably in the air exhaust tube after a sealing ring is sleeved on the piston; and the two groups of the springs and the steel balls are fixed in the second valve through the first tap bolt and the second tap bolt respectively, and the second valve and the first valve are fixedly communicated with corresponding air holes. The device is simple in structure, low in cost, small in size, low in weight, and convenient to carry and mount; and compared with a traditional method, the work efficiency in testing whether the dehydrating breather is smooth and quick is greatly improved.
