According to the method, a basic model of artificial fishes and a model of each behavior are constructed by adopting a bottom-top design method, the quadratic planning performance function of blind signal detection is solved by using the model, and the influences of each parameter in the artificial fish swarm algorithm, system environment conditions and the like are researched and analyzed according to the flow deduction implementation step of a basic fish swarm optimization algorithm.
