Abstract

The invention provides a greenhouse azolla germplasm resource anti-mix device, which comprises an isolating frame formed by interlacing longitudinal and transverse isolating plates, wherein a plurality of cavities for placing potted plants are formed in the isolating frame. The invention also provides a greenhouse azolla germplasm resource preservation method, which comprises the following steps: (1) placing checked azollas in pot heads filled with soil; (2) placing a cultivation frame in a glass air-conditioned greenhouse and controlling the temperature of the greenhouse to be 20-25 DEG C; (3) placing the greenhouse azolla germplasm resource anti-mix device on the cultivation frame; (4) placing the pot heads, in which the azollas are placed in the step (1), in the cavities of the isolating frame of the anti-mix device; and (5) periodically fertilizing the azollas, adding water and separating the azollas. The isolating device has the advantages of simple structure, rational function and convenience in manufacturing, and the survival rate and the purity for azolla germplasm resource preservation can be greatly improved.
