The wire outlet cross arms are all perpendicular to the steel pipe pole. The six wire outlet cross arms are distributed in three layers including an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer. Each of the layers is composed of two of the wire outlet cross arms disposed on two sides of the steel pipe pole respectively and the wire outlet cross arms in each layer are arranged in a staggered manner with the wire outlet cross arms on the same side and in the other layers.
