Embodiment Construction

[0013] In order to describe in detail the technical content, structural features, achieved objectives and effects of the present invention, the following will be described in detail in conjunction with the embodiments.

[0014] Factors affecting the dye uptake rate of direct dyes include dye chemical structure, temperature, electrolyte and pH value. The effect of temperature on the dyeing performance of different dyes is different, for example, dyeing acid dyes (nylon fibers) at 105°C, dyeing cationic dyes (cation fibers) at 120°C, dyeing disperse dyes (polyester fibers) at 132°C, fiber color water (deep, Medium and light), coloring by various fiber properties does not affect the pollution of each fiber. When color matching is required, dyes should be selected to pay attention to their composition, solubility, color fastness, dye uptake and other properties. Due to the different dyeing properties of various dyes, the dyeing effect is often affected by the difference in tempera...

Abstract

The invention discloses a one-bath polychromatic dyeing process for gauze. The one-bath polychromatic dyeing process comprises the following steps of: (1) blank gauze weaving, namely according to a designed color and style, arranging selected yarns with different dyeing conditions, and then weaving the yarns into the blank gauze before dyeing; and (2) gauze dyeing, namely putting the blank gauze into a dye vat, placing dyes with corresponding styles and colors and an anti-pollution agent, increasing the temperature of the dye vat to 98-102 DEG C, keeping the temperature for one hour, continuously increasing the temperature of the dye vat to 118-122 DEG C, keeping the temperature for one hour, still increasing the temperature of the dye vat to 128-132 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for one hour, thus completing the dyeing of the gauze. According to the principle of coloring various fibers with various dyes and the principle that influences of temperature on coloring performance of different dyes are different, weaving is performed before dyeing, three dyeing temperatures are accurately controlled to guarantee color absorbing effects of different yarns at different temperatures, weaving can be carried out with colors selected randomly and with multiple colors at one time, and the dyeing with multiple colors at one time can achieve energy conservation and carbon emission reduction in the aspects of economy and benefit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a dyeing process of gauze, in particular to a one-bath multicolor dyeing process of gauze. Background technique [0002] Chemical fiber coloring is a method in which appropriate pigments or dyes are mixed in the chemical fiber production process to directly make colored fibers, also known as pre-spinning coloring. Chemical fiber coloring is different from conventional dyeing mechanism. The former is to disperse the colorant evenly in the polymer, and the colorant is fixed in the fiber after spinning, and the coloring process is a physical change; the latter is to dye the fiber after spinning, which requires the dye or pigment to be mixed with the polymer. There is a certain binding force and affinity, and the dyeing process is mainly a chemical change. [0003] At present, multi-color fabrics must be dyed many times. Generally, dyed yarns are woven into multi-colors, or one color is dyed in one vat, which causes waste of wate...
