The system comprises a digital control circuit, phase-locked loop frequency synthesizing circuits, a frequency doubling filtering circuit, a power amplification circuit, an avalanche pipe high order frequency doubling structure and a power synthesizing module. The four phase-locked loop frequency synthesizing circuits are regulated and controlled through the digital control circuit, and four branches of signals correct in frequency and adjustable in phase are generated and changed into excitation signals meeting requirements through the frequency doubling filtering circuit and the power amplification circuit. The excitation signals are subjected to high order frequency doubling through an avalanche pipe to obtain the expected TeraHertz wave frequency, by adjusting four branches of excitation signal phases, the four branches of TeraHertz wave signals can achieve phase synchronization, four branches of TeraHertz waves synchronous in phases are subjected to power synthesis through the power synthesizing module, and a purpose of improving the Terahertz wave power is achieved.
