Problems solved by technology

In the 1990s, scientists from the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences completed the research on artificial cultivation of Cordyceps militaris. Of course, this is not the real Cordyceps sinensis, but another species of the genus Cordyceps. Although most of the components of the two species are the same, The content is similar, but the medicinal value is not exactly the same as that of Cordyceps sinensis

Embodiment 1

[0020] A preparation method of Cordyceps sinensis mycelium:

[0021] The first step: collect Cordyceps sinensis that has not yet ejected spores from Naqu, Tibet or Yushu, Qinghai, and cover the fruiting body of Cordyceps sinensis with a sterile paper bag until the ascospores of the Cordyceps sinensis are collected in the sterile paper bag, and then immediately place the spores attached If the storage temperature is below -18°C, it can be stored for up to one year; or use the whole plant of Cordyceps sinensis that has not ejected ascospores After repeated rinsing with 75% alcohol for 5 minutes until no impurities are visible to the naked eye, continue soaking for 5 minutes and immediately put it in a sterile container for storage at -18-4°C for no more than seven days;

[0022] Collect live bat moth larvae from the same area where the spores were collected from Cordyceps sinensis. Immediately after collection, rinse repeatedly with 75% alcohol for 5 minutes until no impurities ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a ferment of aweto mycelia and application of the ferment, which can be used for preparing anti-fatigue and immunity-enhancing products. The aweto mycelia are obtained by conducting strain collection, preservation and rejuvenation on wild aweto Cordycepssinensis (Berk.) Sacc. sporocarp, manufacturing a stock culture, a primary culture and a secondary production culture, preparing finished aweto mycelia products and extracting effective ingredients of the finished aweto mycelia products. The method for preparing the aweto mycelia has the advantages that the process is simple and environment-friendly; no waste liquor is discharged; the cost is low. Therefore, the practicability and the maneuverability are high. Experimental results show that the effective ingredients of the aweto mycelia prepared according to the method can remarkably prolong the swimming time of a burdened rat. Therefore, the functions of immunity enhancing and fatigue preventing are favorable; the aweto mycelia can be used for preparing the anti-fatigue and immunity-enhancing products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cordyceps sinensis mycelium, in particular to an active ingredient extract of the cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sace.) mycelium and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Cordyceps sinensis is a complex of larvae and larvae of the ergot fungus Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. The head of the larva comes out of Xiachuzi, solitary, rarely 2-3, born from the head of the host, 4-11cm long, 1.5-4mm in diameter at the base, tapering upwards, the head expands into a nearly cylindrical shape, brown, 1-4.5cm long and 2.5-6mm in diameter. Ascoshells grow near surface, base slightly sunken in subsea, elliptic to ovate. Dig out when the spores are unearthed and the spores have not dispersed, dry in the sun until 60% to 70% dry, remove fibrous attachments and impurities, and dry in the sun or oven. There are more than 400 species of Cordyceps known in the world. Cordyceps cannot be equated with Cordyceps sinensis, nor can it...
