Mainly aiming at Huanghuai winter wheat areas, the identification method of the photoperiod sensibility quantization of the wheat includes: planting a wheat material to be identified and a comparison material in different periods, wherein the planting periods include an early planting period and a late planting period at an interval of 40 days, and the last planting period ends before the end of November; performing regular farming management to avoid soil drought and fertilizer deficiency; accurately recording heading periods of every material in the early and the late planting periods; calculating difference between the heading periods of every material in the early and the late planting periods, and normally the difference is 1-20 days. The larger the difference between the heading periods is, the stronger the photoperiod sensibility of the material is, the smaller the difference between the heading periods is, the weaker the photoperiod sensibility of the material is, and thus the photoperiod sensibility of the wheat can be quantitatively evaluated. In addition, aiming at the photoperiod sensibility, phenotypic functional identification is performed directly, the photoperiod sensibility can be quantitatively identified, and the identification method is simple, convenient, fast and efficient in technology.
