Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line early warning method of a wind turbine generating unit on a fluctuation working condition, and belongs to the technical field of precognition judgment of early-stage potential hidden danger of safe operation of rotating machinery. The on-line early warning method of the wind turbine generating unit on the fluctuation working condition comprises the steps that (1) a reasonable vibration monitoring scheme is made according to the wind turbine generating unit, and frequency components contained by vibration monitoring points are analyzed; (2) vibration time-domain signals collected at equal intervals are converted into corresponding angular-domain signals collected at equal intervals, and the number of sampling points of equal-angle sampling is determined, namely the vibration data volume, needed to be collected in each circle, of a rotor is determined; (3) a linear interpolation algorithm is used for converting unstable time-domain vibration signals into angular-domain vibration signals with the characteristic of stability, and the complete-period characteristic of the vibration signals is ensured.
