Example Embodiment

[0061] A. Healthy stretch clothing

[0062] The stretchable fabric used in the embodiments of the present invention may have a variety of stretch characteristics, including one or more stretch directions, one or more stretch zones, and one or more stretch forces. figure 1 A piece of stretch fabric 100 is shown. A specific fabric stretch direction is used here to refer to the following direction: the given linear dimension of the fabric along the stretch direction will exhibit repeatable elastic deformation or "stretching" along the stretch direction under the action of the stretch direction. "Stretch", change at least 25% of the given linear dimension, but will not permanently change or damage the fabric. Each telescopic direction can have an associated telescopic force. The stretch force used here refers to the average stretch required to stretch the fabric to 125% of its original size in the stretch direction.

[0063] For example, the stretchable fabric 100 has expansion an...

Abstract

Systems and methods described may include a garment configured to apply compressive force to the body of the wearer during wear and may receive, retain, and release a garment treatment to the wearer during wear. Garment treatments may be configured to create physiological response in the wearer through contact with the wearer's skin. A method described may include reducing the circumference of a body part during a time period, treating a shape-compression garment configured to cover at least a part of the body part with a slimming or other health treatment, putting on the treated shape-compression garment to cover at least a part of the body part, and wearing the treated shape-compression garment according to a schedule. A water soluble laundry packet or a dry sheet may be configured to deliver any combination of a detergent, fabric softener, antistatic substance and garment treatment during wash or drying cycle of laundry.
