Problems solved by technology
The hot-dip coating is dense and firm, but the cost is high. The cost of the electroplating method is low, but the coating is not firm and loose, and it often falls off in flakes when it is rusted.

Embodiment Construction
[0008] like figure 1 As shown, there is a steel metal wire 1 that has been electroplated with a zinc electroplating layer between the transmission wheels 4 and 5. First, the steel metal wire 1 is heated to the melting point of zinc of 420° C. by the heating resistance wire 2, and then the ultrasonic wave sent by the ultrasonic source 3 is used. The steel metal wire 1 is subjected to impact treatment, and the steel metal wire 1 after the ultrasonic impact treatment is cooled and released from the furnace. The above heating treatment process is carried out under the protection of reducing gas, which can prevent the zinc electroplating layer from being oxidized.

The invention discloses a heat-treatment process of a metal-plated layer. The heat-treatment process is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) putting an electroplated layer into a neutral or reducing atmosphere for heating; (2) when the melting point of the metal of the electroplated layer is lower than the melting point of a core material, heating the metal of the electroplated layer to the temperature higher than the melting point of the metal of the electroplated layer, and then cooling; and (3) when the melting point of the metal of the electroplated layer is higher than the melting point of the core material, heating the metal of the electroplated layer to the temperature close to the melting point of the core material, and then cooling. The heat-treatment process disclosed by the invention has the advantage that when the highest temperature is close or reached, ultrasonic wave is used for carrying out impact treatment on the electroplated layer continuously.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of heat treatment of metal materials, in particular to a metal coating heat treatment process. technical background [0002] In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of metal materials and improve the physical and chemical properties of metal materials, people often coat a metal protective layer on the outside of metal materials. The method of coating the metal protective layer includes hot-dip and electroplating. Hot-dip is to put the metal material to be plated into the molten metal of the coating. For example, when hot-dip galvanizing the steel pipe, the steel pipe is put into the molten zinc metal. In this way, the surface of the steel pipe is covered with a layer of zinc. Electroplating is to put the steel pipe into the electrolyte, and cover a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel pipe by electrochemical method. The hot-dip coating is dense and firm, but the cost is high. The cost of the electroplating...
