Problems solved by technology

[0002] Shoelaces are daily necessities in people's lives, and there are many types, but most of the existing foam shoelaces have no patterns, and some patterns are also flat patterns, without three-dimensional foaming effects, and it is difficult to meet the increasingly high requirements of consumers.
Existing shoelace making method is also more complicated

Abstract

The invention provides a pair of stamping foaming shoelaces and a manufacturing method thereof. Each of stamping foaming shoelaces comprises a core wrapping lace and head bundling sleeves which are sleeved at two ends of the core wrapping lace, wherein the core wrapping lace comprises a tubular outer wrapping layer and a core material which is positioned in the tubular outer wrapping layer; the tubular outer wrapping layer is provided with sublimation stamping patterns and is formed by connecting two half outer wrapping layers; the core material is formed by a soft material, an elastic material, a cotton rope, other soft fabrics or a plurality of yarns; the tubular outer wrapping layer is formed by weaving strips or other textile knitting strips; the head bundling sleeves are made of metal, colloid materials or plastic. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of sewing, core wrapping, foaming and end bundling. The patterns of the pair of stamping foaming shoelaces have three-dimensional effects of elliptic cylinders. The pair of stamping foaming shoelaces are soft in hand feel, abundant in color, various in style and fashionable, and are difficult to damage and wide in application range because the two ends of each of the pair of stamping foaming shoelaces are fixed. According to the manufacturing method, the process is simple, the implementation is easy, large-scale equipment is not needed, so that the manufacturing method is suitable for large-scale popularization.
