Abstract

The invention discloses a design scheme of a self-recovery and overcurrent protection circuit for a digital power amplifier integrated circuit so as to realize an automatic power-off protection function during overcurrent of the power amplifier integrated circuit and an automatic detection and recovery function after overcurrent disappears.
