Problems solved by technology

[0003] The rational arrangement of optical fiber arrays is the key issue in optimizing the light transmission effect of concrete materials. At present, there is a lack of relevant optical fiber selection and material performance optimization theory and optical fiber spatial structure distribution design basis for light-transmitting concrete, as well as quantitative analysis and testing methods for the transmitted light field. Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0021] Such as figure 1 The flow chart of the quantitative analysis method for the transmitted light field of the light-transmitting concrete material is shown. The light source illuminates the light-transmitting concrete, and the arc-shaped reflector reflects the light emitted by the light source so that it propagates in the same direction. The lens injects the light into the optical fiber array by converging In the last step, the detector completes the measurement of the light field intensity distribution and peak value.

[0022] Such as figure 2 Shown is a light-transmitting concrete material model, which includes a light source 1, a curved reflector 2, a lens 3, an optical fiber array (concrete material) 4, and a detector 5, all modeled using the optical design software ZEMAX; the light source is irradiated by an incandescent lamp Light-transmitting concrete; th...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for transmission light field quantitative analysis and test of a light-transmitting concrete material. The method includes: utilizing optical design software ZEMAX to establish a light-transmitting concrete model and an experiment light path, analyzing quantitatively distribution features of transmission light fields under a situation of different diffraction distances and different optical distribution, and combining with corresponding tests to finally obtain distribution situation of actual light fields. By the aid of the method, strength distribution of the transmission light fields can be obtained, and the light path can be further traced for measuring strength distribution of the transmission light fields by changing optical array structure parameters and diameter parameters of a fiber array model. A light transmitting concrete model is established through the optical design software and an experiment test is performed, and accordingly the concrete material is saved, analysis efficiency is improved, reliable data is provided for final transmission light field analysis, and a novel method is provided for the transmission light field analysis of the transmitting concrete material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for quantitative analysis and testing of a transmitted light field, in particular to the field of light-transmitting concrete materials, and in particular to a method for quantitative analysis and testing of a transmitted light field for light-transmitting concrete materials. Background technique [0002] The light-transmitting concrete material refers to embedding optical fibers in the material in a certain arrangement, and using a large number of optical fibers to transmit light between the blocks, so that the light on one side of the wall can be transmitted to the other side through optical fibers, so that the concrete produces a kind of transparent concrete. Effect. This light-transmitting material can significantly improve the lighting in the building and save electricity for lighting. It is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly building material. [0003] The rational arrangement of optical fi...
