The method comprises the following steps: preparing a rubber compound by a special internal mixer for mixing short fiber rubber in a mixing manner after burdening according to the formula, and then batching off by an open mill or a calendar; extruding by a pin cold-feed extruder with a short fiber directional orientation nose; finally vulcanizing in a sole mold, so as to obtain a high-elasticity damping sole product. By adopting the composite rubber material of the high-elasticity damping sole, the sole has good wear-resisting property when having high-elasticity damping performance; a loss factor indicator of the product can be up to 0.49-0.55; the DIN wear property indicator can be up to 112-125mm<3>; the comfort and the service life of the shoe are improved to a certain extent; the composite rubber material of the high-elasticity damping sole has a broad market application prospect.
