Abstract
The invention discloses a component clamping device in a composite material pipe shaft pressure test. The component clamping device comprises a flange disc, a round pipe arranged in the flange disc in a sleeved manner, and at least three cushion blocks arranged in the round pipe for overlapping the end surface center of a composite material to be tested with the top surface center of the flange disc. The application method is as follows: one end of the composite material pipe to be tested is sleeved with the clamping device; the cushion blocks are added for overlapping the end surface center of the composite material to be tested with the top surface center of the flange disc; a gap between the composite material pipe to be tested and the round pipe is filled with resin adhesive; and after the resin adhesive is fixed, the flange disc is mounted on a testing machine. The clamping device and the application method have the following advantages: the flange disc and the testing machine are butted to each other to fix the composite material pipe to be tested in the round pipe; the composite material pipe to be tested is regulated through the cushion blocks to be in the accurate position; finally, the resin adhesive is used for fixing to obtain accurate testing data.
