The remote control zero clearing device is simple in structure, enables low level to be output through remote control, can conduct zero clearing on the arrestor counters of 110kV, 220kV and 750kV transformer substations quickly and frequently without the need of power cut and can guarantee that the cumulative times of actions on the arrestor counters is the same as the cumulative times of actions of a monitor. During operation, electricity leakage is avoided through the insulating rod and the safety of operators is guaranteed.
