The forming device comprises a feeder, a roll profile machine and a cut-off mechanism. The punching device comprises a plurality of punching machines, and the welding device comprises welding guns and a welding gun control element. The roll profile machine is used for machining band steel into roll profiles of rough blanks, and the band steel is fed by the feeder. The cut-off mechanism is used for cutting the roll profile of each rough blank into a plurality of sections according to a preset length. Each punching machine comprises a punch press body, a hydraulic cylinder and a punching die. The roll profiles of the rough blanks are punched by the punching dies under the effects of the hydraulic cylinders.
