Abstract

The PP composite material is composed of the following compositions in percent by mass: 15%-25% of homopolymerized PP, 30%-50% of copolymerized PP, 15%-25% of talcum powder, 12%-20% of a flexibilizer, 0.3%-0.6% of a coupling agent, 0.3%-0.5% of an anti-oxidant, 0.1%-0.3% of a weather-resistant agent and 0.3%-0.5% of a lubricant. The preparation method of the PP composite material comprises mixing, extrusion and injection moulding. The PP composite material provided by the invention has relatively high bursting-resistant strength, is capable of satisfying the usage requirements of middle / high grade sedans and is suitable for being used as a material special for the high-performance automobile instrument boards.
