Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, evenly stirring and mixing the raw materials by using a homogenizer, and then melting and extruding in a twin-screw extruder; cooling, and finally preparing the product in an injection molding manner, wherein the raw materials are prepared from the following components by weight percent: 15-25% of homopolymerized PP, 30-50% of copolymerized PP, 15-25% of talcum powder, 12-20% of flexibilizer and 1-2% of other processing aids; the other processing aids are a mixture of a coupling agent, an antioxidant, a weather resistance agent and a lubricating agent.
