The method comprises the following steps: installing front and rear supports of the cylinder body, and grouting at one time; installing an adjusting base between the front and rear supports, and adjusting in position; hoisting a front cylinder body to the front support and a temporary adjusting pile through a travelling crane or an automobile in a plant; meeting the demand by the inclination angle of the front cylinder body and the central line by using a jack; hoisting the rear cylinder body in a matched manner by using a main hook and an auxiliary hook of the traveling crane and a truck-mounted crane in the plant, aerially rotating at 100-110 degree, connecting the cylinder bodies by four lengthened straight bolts with tapers, wherein the traveling crane or the truck-mounted crane is matched to slowly rotate till the connecting bolts can penetrate through bolt holes preset on the guide discs of the front and rear cylinders at the same time; and connecting the cylinders and installing accessories, and secondarily grouting after integrally refining the angle and the central line.
