Problems solved by technology

[0004] (1) Complex wiring and cumbersome design
The control module of single-stage power electronic devices needs to be connected with external control lines and energy control lines. Due to the general number of stages, the wiring becomes complicated and the overall design is cumbersome.
[0005] (2) Expensive and bulky
Due to the need to consider the insulation problem for all levels, there are often repeated considerations in the vertical arrangement, which makes the insulation design at lower voltages repeated, the entire equipment is bulky, and the insulation cost increases significantly.
[0006] (3) Poor performance
When high-voltage power electronic equipment is working, multi-stage series-connected power electronic devices need to be switched on and off synchronously, but the layout design with large volume and long distance is not conducive to achieving synchronization, resulting in a decrease in overall performance
[0007] For the problems existing in the layout structure of power electronic devices in related technologies, no effective solutions have been proposed so far

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-pressure solid switch which comprises an insulation cylinder, a plurality of single-layer circuit boards and electrodes. The single-layer circuit boards are arranged in the insulation cylinder in an overlapping mode. Each single-layer circuit board is used for placing of a power electronic device and an auxiliary circuit of the power electronic device. The electrodes are used for being connected with the single-layer circuit boards and a uniform electric field. According to the high-pressure solid switch, the problem existing in the arrangement structure of power electronic devices in the prior art is solved, and the effect that the power electronic devices are compact in arrangement structure, small in size, high in voltage-withstanding level, low in partial-discharge level, easy to expand and great in performance is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electric equipment, in particular to a high-voltage solid state switch. Background technique [0002] With the vigorous development of power electronic devices and related technologies, more and more high-voltage equipment can be controlled and converted by power electronic devices and power electronic technologies. However, the withstand voltage level of a single power electronic device is very limited. When it is applied to a high-voltage level occasion, it needs to withstand a higher voltage through multiple series connections. Typical applications such as converter valves in the field of HVDC transmission, high-voltage solid-state switches in pulsed power technology, etc., require the use of many levels of power electronic devices in series and parallel. The following takes the high-voltage solid state switch as an example for a brief description. High-voltage solid-state switches usually use multi-level powe...
