Abstract

The outer surface of a bearing outer ring is arc-shaped and has ovality. When the piston body and the rolling bearing are combined, the bearing is located between the two extending walls. The connecting shafts is in interference fit with the through holes and the bearing inner ring respectively. By the structure, during operation, rolling action is formed between the bearing and the inner surface of a cylinder, and friction loss is lowered evidently as compared to slide motion; the connecting shaft elastically supports the bearing, and faults such as cylinder scoring can be avoided effectively; during bearing rolling, splash lubrication can be performed to pin holes, pins and the like, and the reliability of motion components is increased; weight reducing of forged steel pistons, cast iron pistons, and the like can be achieved.
