Abstract

The present invention relates to a CD grade diesel engine oil additive and a use thereof. According to the present invention, the CD grade diesel engine oil additive comprises, by weight, a) 10-50 parts of a detergent, b) 10-40 parts of a dispersing agent, c) 5-30 parts of an antioxidant, d) 1-5 parts of a pour point depressant, and e) 0.1-2 parts of an anti-foaming agent, wherein the calcium content in the additive is 30000-70000 ppm, the nitrogen content in the additive is 3000-7000 ppm, and the base number is not less than 100 mgKOH/g; and with the additive, qualities of the modulated CD single grade oil and the modulated CD multi-grade oil achieve the CD diesel engine oil specification in GB11122-2006, and the additive can be used for industrial production of the CD grade diesel engine oil.
