Blast furnace molten iron is directly transported into an intermediate frequency furnace to carry out modulation; elements, which can impede the graphitization, such as Cr, Mn, and Mo, are added into the intermediate frequency furnace in order to increase the binding force between the Fe atoms and the C atoms and impede the growth of bulky and straight graphite; a front-furnace primary inoculation treatment is strictly controlled, a secondary inoculation technology is adopted, wherein in the secondary inoculation technology a high-efficient inoculant flows with the casting molten iron; thus the heredity problem of blast furnace molten iron is well solved, furthermore, the waste of electricity, coke, and moulding materials such as limestone is avoided; and the problems of a large amount of discharged solid waste and gas waste, heavy pollution, large energy consumption, and low economic efficiency during the melting process are solved at the same time.
