The invention relates to application of a molecular marker in diagnosing of parathyroid tumor, in particular to application of one or more combination parts which are selectively combined to the molecular marker in preparation of a reagent for authenticating the parathyroid tumor. The molecular marker is selected from CD24, HMOX1, VCAM1 or KCNA3.
