The installation position of the overflow pipe is higher than the installation positions of the rainwater inlet and outlet pipes. The water outlet of the rainwater outlet pipe is communicated with the rainwater intercepting trunk canal, and a water level control adjustable valve for controlling open and close of the water outlet of the rainwater outlet pipe according to the water level in the rainwater intercepting trunk canal is arranged on the side wall of the rainwater intercepting trunk canal.
